Dr. Ashley Baldree
Dr. Baldree grew up in Houston and graduated high school from The Kinkaid School. She then took a brief sojourn to Canada, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University in Montreal. She returned to Houston to earn her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. During her medical training, she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Scoiety and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Following graduation, she stayed to complete her intern year in internal medicine followed by her three years dermatology residency at UT Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center. During residency, she served as Cosmetic Chief Resident and was the resident liasion for the Women’s Dermatological Society. She also completed the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Preceptorship Program where she received additional cosmetic training.
Dr. Baldree is a board-certified dermatologist who practices general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology and cares for patients of all ages. She has particular interests in cosmetic dermatology, acne, pigmentary disorders, skin cancer screening and prevention, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and atopic dermatitis (eczema). She has published numerous articles in top dermatology journals. Dr. Baldree is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Texas Dermatological Society, and Women’s Dermatologic Society.
In her free time, Dr. Baldree enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. She also enjoys traveling, snowboarding, hiking, and running.
